We’re looking for an Embedded Systems Developer with a solid grasp of C (and some JavaScript) to deliver high-performing, reliable code under tight deadlines.
Performance-Focused Responsibilities
- Build & Test Embedded Code: Develop software in C and JavaScript that powers emergency systems
- Collaborate with Hardware Teams: Work closely with PCB designers to meet unique client requirements
- Optimize for Reliability: Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure stability in real-world environments
- Contribute to Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance user experience
Required Skills & Mindset
- Fundamentals in data structures, loops, and functions (no work experience required)
- Comfortable with a basic “whiteboard test” involving simple data manipulation and sorting (C is preferred, but any language or pseudocode is acceptable)
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver on schedule
- Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
