What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Digitize?
We are looking for a motivated, bright and ambitious front desk receptionist and executive assistant to our CEO.
At Digitize we are trying to expand our client base by offering custom engineering solutions to our customers world-wide.
Job Duties Include:
- Answering the phones and emails
- Making outbound HR calls
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, and emails
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, travel and events
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Photocopy, scan, mail, and file documents
- Keep office tidy
- Run errands (company car provided) as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in calendar management and phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to provide executive administrative support
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Well organized and supportive team player
- Familiarity with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
