Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective channel strategies for each client, including video ideas, thumbnail concepts, and overall vision for the channel
- Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality video production and provide necessary guidance and resources
- Manage a team of thumbnail designers and scriptwriters to ensure the production of high-quality content
- Analyze channel performance and data to gain insights and improve overall strategy
- Stay updated on YouTube trends and opportunities to create viral content for clients' channels
- Provide feedback to clients on video recordings to improve performance
- Identify areas for improvement and bottlenecks in the operation and strategy to scale channels further and faster
- Proven experience in YouTube strategy and video production, with a track record of growing successful channels
- Familiarity with the business and finance niche is preferred
- Strong work ethic and resilience, with a passion for making an impact
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work long hours when necessary
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
- Proficient in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ambitious and dedicated to achieving big results
- Experience in team management and working within a business is a plus
