Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fire Protection Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety systems, including alarm systems and fire sprinkler systems. This role involves working closely with clients and the service technicians to inspect, repair and maintain fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local fire code standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage Service Team
- Provide Training and Assistance to Service Technicians.
- Work with Dispatch Team to ensure proper scheduling.
- Inspection Report submittals to local jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with clients to remedy any fire system deficiencies.
- Oversee Warehouse and Stock Inventory Levels, including stock ordering
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices related to fire protection.
Requirements
- Certification in fire protection or a related field is required.
- Experience in alarm system inspections and repairs is highly desirable.
- Experience in fire sprinkler system inspections and repairs is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in NFPA codes and CSFD requirements
- Knowledge of backflows, fire extinguishers and fire hydrants.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Familiarity with CRM Programs and Inspection Reporting Programs
