Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Hospital Medicine Program Supervisor administers the Hospital Medicine Program and acts as a liaison between DHMF, HM physician leadership, and the hospital. The incumbent demonstrates proficient administrative and organizational skills and maintains a professional and effective working relationship with HM clinicians, HM operational leadership, and hospital staff and leaders. This position effectively supervises in a manner that engages and retains well qualified staff, coordinates the day-to-day operational aspects of the program, works closely with staff and clinicians to ensure all clinical, operational, and administrative goals are met, and acts collaboratively as a liaison between the Hospital Medicine Program and the rest of the hospital.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years lead or supervisory experience or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise productive, engaged work groups and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. Knowledge of or ability to learn the budgeting process, management reports, accounting and patient billing process and systems.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Hospital Medicine Department acting as a lead, coordinator, supervisor, or manager preferred.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related filed or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred.
Pay Range
$34.50 - $47.12 /hour
Salary : $35 - $47
