- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client needs effectively
- Previous experience in the funeral or cemetery industry is an asset
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work on-site in Green Bay, WI, and willingness to travel locally for events
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
