Our team provides a wide range of services including 24/7 emergency room and hospitalist program, testing, surgery, outpatient primary care clinic, care center, rehabilitation, and more. This position supports our busy ER-Hospitalist program.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients of all ages, from children to geriatrics.
- Conduct emergency room consults, triage, and medical care.
- Manage inpatient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and medical procedures within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Employ quality improvement practices to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Work ten 24-hour shifts per month, with each shift being unrestricted call.

- ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications, or equivalents.
- Qualification to obtain an unrestricted Minnesota practice license and DEA.
- Interest in shift-based condensed work schedule, ten 24-hour shifts per month considered full-time.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient demographics and needs.
