Overview
CHI Health Clinic and Creighton University are seeking Academic Hematology / Oncology Division Chief. This is a full time employed position offering Faculty appointment with Creighton University and the opportunity to build a new fellowship program. The ideal candidate will provide patients and their families with access to the latest treatments and resources in a compassionate manner.
As the Division Chief :
- Build a new Academic Division of Hematology Oncology
- Start a Hematology / Oncology Fellowship
- Recruit new faculty to the program
- 1 FTE Academic / Chief; .2 FTE Medical Director; .7 FTE Clinical
- Possible opportunities for involvement with the Hereditary Cancer Center
- Faculty appointment with Creighton University School of Medicine
- Participate in Clinical Trials and Research
- Partner with Radiation Oncology
- Participate in weekly tumor board
- Comprehensive patient and family resources including genetics
- Large established Employed Primary Care referral base
