Customer Service & Reception:
- Greet and welcome tenants and visitors: Provide a positive first impression for tenants and visitors.
- Answer phone calls: Screen and direct calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage mail and packages: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with inquiries: Address tenant questions and concerns and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide general information about the building, available vacant units and location.
Administrative Support:
- Schedule of any routine maintenance and repairs: Manage calendars and book appointments.
- Maintain office records: Keep accurate records of tenant information, correspondence, and other documents.
- Perform clerical tasks: Photocopy, file, and organize documents.
- Order office supplies: Maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide support for other departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
Salary : $55,000 - $57,000
