Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Team. Experience at any level is considered, from new graduates to seasoned engineers. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Prepare wastewater designs, site drainage plans, grading plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and cut and fill analyses for projects.
- Review and Analysis: Review surveys, floor plans, geotechnical reports, and other data received from architects, designers, public records, and subcontractors.
- Software Proficiency: Use current industry software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, to perform Civil Engineering design tasks.
- Client Communication: Communicate detailed aspects of engineering work and tradeoffs with clients.
- Municipal Code Knowledge: Maintain working knowledge of applicable county and local municipal codes.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
- Three or more years of post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in current industry software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and balance design tradeoffs.
