Position Overview :
Diligent is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to augment our Global SRE team.
The Staff Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for Diligent's Kubernetes platform, which hosts multiple global SaaS applications. Our global Kubernetes platform resides in multiple private Diligent datacenters and in multiple public Cloud providers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and have extensive experience working with large Kubernetes deployments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Demonstrates strong technical leadership, typically across multiple teams.
- Able to set technical direction for the team.
- Able to spot the biggest pain points of the systems (s)he is working with and propose solutions to improve.
- Able to influence the team culture and practices of the teams, works with self-confidence with stakeholders outside of own team as well.
- Experienced mentor, able to hire and onboard new members to the team.
- Knowledgeable with Industry standards.
