Position Overview
The Diligent Business Technology (BT) System Engineering team is looking for an intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in systems engineering, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from experienced professionals. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows, support processes, and implement best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to set and manage expectations are key to success in this role. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that will continue to scale and drive automation and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and testing system components and configurations.
- Support the integration and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and product teams, to ensure system functionality and performance.
- Help to conduct research and analysis to facilitate improvements to existing systems.
- Document system configurations, processes, and test results.
- Basic understanding of system design principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, with hands-on experience configuring and optimizing AI workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Compensation: $20/hour
