Our Huntington, WV location has immediate opportunities for owner-operators / independent contract delivery drivers to join our operation. All drivers in the listed areas and surrounding cities, we want to hear from you!

As a 1099 contract driver, your role involves working as an independent contractor, often on a project-by-project basis. Here are some common responsibilities for 1099 drivers: This contract requires a person to drive 100% of the time from mileage of 75 to 250 miles a day.

• Delivery Services: You’ll transport goods, packages, or supplies from one location to another. This could include medical supplies, or other items12.
• Vehicle Operation: You’ll operate your Own vehicle to complete deliveries. Following routes and adhering to safety regulations are essential.
• Communication: Timely communication with clients or dispatchers is crucial. You’ll need to provide updates on delivery status and any issues that arise.
• Equipment and Supplies: As an independent contractor, you’ll be responsible for providing your own equipment (such as a vehicle) and necessary supplies.
• Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of deliveries. and mileage for Tax purposes.

Immediate Driver Opportunities:

• Vehicles Needed: Compact or Economical vehicles
• Schedule: Monday – Friday day, night and over night routes, some Saturday & Sunday routes may also be available.
• Compensation: Varies based on routes that drivers run, Routes can range from $800 to $1500 a week.

Independent Contract Driver Requirements:

• Delivery Knowledge: Driver experience preferred but not required
• Understanding of Directions: Must have a smart phone and able to find your way around your delivery area with a GPS or map
• Professionalism: Dependable and responsible individual able to interact well alongside staff members, management and clients. Excellent customer service skills
• Good Standing Driving Record: Driver license, insurance, and a 3-year Motor Vehicle Report (obtained in the last 30 days) also need a current vehicle registration.
• Valid Driver’s License, Social Security Card and vehicle insurance is needed
• Must Be 21 Years or Older
