Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Professional to drive the growth of our IT services portfolio, including Application and Infra Managed Services, SAP Solutions, and Security Services, across the United States. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of IT services and SAP Products and a proven ability to cultivate relationships, close deals, and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development: ● Identify and engage prospective clients across target industries, building a robust sales pipeline. ● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Sales Execution ● Present IT service offerings as tailored, value-driven solutions to client challenges. ● Conduct product demonstrations, craft compelling proposals, and lead contract negotiations. ● Partner with technical teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Relationship Management ● Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite customer executives, SAP Executives and Client procurement teams. ● Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering satisfaction and driving repeat business. Market Intelligence ● Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategies. ● Gather and share client feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration and Reporting ● Coordinate with internal teams, such as delivery, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution. ● Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, updates, and performance reports to leadership.
- Qualifications and Skills ● Experience: 8-10 years of IT services and products sales experience, with expertise in Managed Services, SAP solutions, and/or Security Services. ● Proven Success: Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. ● Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of IT service delivery models and SAP product portfolio knowledge ● Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ●Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers. ● Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g.,MS Dynamics, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) and MS Office Suite. ● Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically as required.
