Diligent Robotics is searching for an experienced and customer driven Principal Product Manager who is passionate about driving our product strategy and roadmap as well as establishing product processes to ensure prioritization and integrate feedback loops. You'll report to our SVP of Operations and collaborate with our Engineering, Hardware, Operations, and Sales teams as well as our Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate has experience managing a Hardware Product with software components, specifically in the Healthcare or Hospital setting. This role will be based in Austin, TX.
What You'll Be Doing / Responsibilities :
- Our Product Team is small but mighty and your day-to-day will be providing highly impactful individual contributor work.
- As Diligent's Product Owner, you will develop the product vision, roadmaps, and prioritize execution as we optimize for Moxi's scale and reliability.
- Establish a compelling product strategy and drive alignment and execution with key stakeholders across the entire organization.
- Actively solicit feedback from our Customers and integrate it into future roadmap deliverables.
- Provide complete ownership of the Diligent's Product Roadmap, with a focus on how we can make Moxi increasingly reliable and better serve the needs of our customers.
- Clearly communicate technical objectives to the Engineering team, by writing and receiving feedback on product requirement documents; as well as organizing / directing product road mapping sessions
- Oversee product planning and communicate project scoping, execution, issue tracking and customer adoption
- You will have the opportunity to take a broader market view than the rest of the team, collaborating with the Sales / Marketing teams to analyze customer needs and current market trends, and what this means for our product roadmap.
- Leadership and management of the Product team including hiring, coaching, and development
