POSITION SUMMARY :
Apply for this role if you are looking for an excellent opportunity to be part of the large scale global greenfield implementation of SAP S4 / HANA part of the transformation to digitization. This role will play a major lead role in transformation journeys. The Senior IT Program Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Applications and manage the SAP ERP program. This role involves coordinating the activities of team members across various functional areas as well as system integration partners. The IT Program Manager will plan activities manage risks drive decisions manage Program Governance and communicate effectively with various audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Schedule Management : Ensure the creation and maintenance of the project schedule. Provide strategic coordination for the next steps as well as tactical coordination of immediate actions.
- Team Management : Ensure proper coordination and communication between team members including business members IT members and system integration partners.
- Stakeholder Management : Ensure effective communication with different stakeholder audiences including the executive team (Steering Committee) functional business teams and system integrator partners.
- Governance / Scope Management : Ensure Program stays onscope and tightly governed to deliver to approved solution ontime an onbudget.
- Risk Management : Identify and monitor risks including developing mitigation plans and escalation processes.
