Job Summary :
We are looking for individuals with strong experience in Manhattan Suite of Applications Scale WMS modules along with business process knowledge. Engineer who can be part of implementation and support of various business functions across multiple modules using package solutions.
As a consultant, you will work with the client and understand the requirements. You will work on Analysis / Design / testing / support / implementation of the WMS package solutions based on the requirements gathered. You will effectively coordinate with the team offshore as well as onsite.
Skills Required :
Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
Experience with Manhattan Suite of Applications Scale WMS platform.
Techno-Functional knowledge on Manhattan Warehouse management System
Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent experience in API testing and understanding of tools like postman.
Sound knowledge of product process flows.
Excellent experience in analysing customer needs and requirements.
Extensive working experience in writing queries with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL or similar.
Maintaining high-quality project and software testing, documentation and analysis.
Good understanding of the product functionalities, configurations.
Good Communication skill and good team player.
Customer facing experience would be preferred.
Responsibilities :
Analysis and estimation based on business requirements.
Excellent team players with the ability to work with multiple vendors and internal departments.
Root cause analysis of issues reported in the package solution.
Application Implementation, configuration, testing and support.
Documentation of process flows and suggestion of improvements.
Communicate timelines and status effectively.
As Is analysis and documentation across multiple systems.
Should be able to design and execute test cases for the solutions.
Providing Status Reports and ensuring all required documentation are kept up to date.
