Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PL / SQL. Candidates with prior experience in Federal or State projects are preferred due to the regulatory and compliance requirements. The role requires travel twice a month for onsite client meetings.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Develop PL / SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers for custom reports and data management.

Work on Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation.

Utilize Oracle Visual Builder or Application Composer for HCM personalization and extensions.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations and ensure data consistency.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including security and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, OIC, and PL / SQL.

Strong understanding of SOAP / REST APIs, web services, and file-based integrations.

Expertise in developing custom reports, data extraction, and back-end support for HCM modules.

Prior experience working on Federal or State government projects (preferred).

Ability to work in a hybrid setup with twice-a-month travel to client sites in Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM security configurations and workflows.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas and BI Publisher for reporting.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and impact analysis.
