Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Lead to join our team in a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, React, and ElasticSearch, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Python applications.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

· Utilize strong experience in React to create dynamic and responsive web applications.

· Implement and manage Elastic Search solutions to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

· Ensure code quality, security, and performance through regular code reviews and best practices.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve processes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 10 to 15 years of experience in Python development, with a focus on backend systems.

· Strong experience with React and ElasticSearch.

· Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

· Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.

· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
