Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated SAP Finance Consultants/Account Consultants with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to contribute to implementing and optimizing SAP Finance solutions. Candidates will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance financial processes and deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on integration points between SAP Finance and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) for seamless operations.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Finance (FICO) modules to address business requirements.
- Work on key financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Perform system testing, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment.
- Support end-users by providing training, resolving queries, and creating documentation for processes and configurations.
- Contribute to project tasks and assist in delivering timely and efficient solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO) or a related role.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting processes, including budgeting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of SAP Finance (FICO) modules; hands-on experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
