Job Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of expertise in SAP CRM and must have led at least one full S / 4HANA migration. This role requires deep functional knowledge of core SAP CRM areas, particularly in Business Partner Management, Contract Management, and Case Management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead SAP CRM functional design, configuration, and implementation.
- Drive S / 4HANA migration efforts, ensuring seamless transition and optimization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
- Configure and enhance critical SAP CRM modules :
o Business Partner Management (Account Management)
o Contract Management
o Request Management
o Case Management
o Task Management
o Knowledge Management
