Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain WMS Blue Yonder Support Specialist to provide operational and technical support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our Mountville, PA facility. This role requires on-site presence every two weeks and occasional weekend support as needed. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) WMS, strong problem-solving abilities, and a background in supply chain or logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support for Blue Yonder WMS, ensuring smooth operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues, working with IT teams, warehouse staff, and vendors as needed.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimizations.
Support warehouse operations, including order management, inventory control, and system configuration.
Assist in system updates, patches, and integrations with other supply chain systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate WMS functionality.
Provide end-user training and documentation for warehouse staff and management.
Offer on-call and weekend support when required to address critical system issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
10 years of experience working with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS in a support or implementation role.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Experience in troubleshooting WMS issues, system configurations, and integrations.
Knowledge of SQL, databases, and scripting for system analysis (preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or retail environment is a plus.
Willingness to work on-site bi-weekly and provide occasional weekend support as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with WMS reporting and analytics.
Familiarity with RF devices, barcode scanning, and automation in warehouse environments.
Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.
