Created new processes / improvements supporting the implementation of systems, tools, and processes by capturing needs, defining and analyzing requirements (PRDs), liaising between business and technical resources, and coordinating the various stages of a complex, multi-phased project to enhance System design and development processes
- Someone who can do strong BRD, FRD, Business Documentation, etc.
- Need strong BA who can be the point of contact between business and IT teams.
- Strong change management experience.
