Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst with over 10 years of IT experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of B2B and B2C business analysis skills and the ability to lead solutions for various channels, including direct, indirect, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business owners to design IT solutions that align with functionality, usability, performance, and platform capabilities.
- Facilitate interactive requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze the implications of requirements department-wide and design both target and interim solutions.
- Translate business requests into detailed system requirements.
- Communicate system requirements effectively to development and QA teams, providing clear user acceptance criteria.
- Resolve and communicate cross-functional impacts throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure project specifications are accurately documented.
- Participate in functional verification and validate UAT readiness, coordinating UAT execution with the business team.
- Engage with global teams on technology projects that may require meetings outside standard US business hours.
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative spirit within the team, even in the face of challenges.
