- Prospecting New Business : Identify and develop new customer relationships.
- Lead Generation : Generate new customer and sales leads, set up accounts, and create opportunities.
- Client Development : Drive the development of new clients through thorough market research, cold calling, and proactive sales activities focused on complex sales opportunities.
- Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a prospective customer pipeline within targeted labor spend categories.
- Sales Cycle Management : Move prospective customers through the sales cycle with organized follow-ups and consistent monthly sales activities.
- Networking : Actively participate in networking opportunities to identify and seize business development opportunities.
- Brand Promotion : Enhance our corporate image by participating in business organizations, community activities, and building strong customer relations.
