We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and experienced Real Estate Closer with at least 3 years of title processing and closing experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, contracts, loan documents, communicating with title/escrow companies, handling closing, and legal support within the realms of the real estate transactions.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Real Estate Transactions:
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents including contracts, amendments, consents, banking documents, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
- Conduct due diligence in all aspects of contracts, real estate properties, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Answers client questions about the real estate transaction.
- Work with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, filing offices, and other outside organizations.
Organization and Attention to Detail:
- Maintain an organized system for legal documents, contracts, and related paperwork.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of contracts and other documents.
- Conduct thorough reviews to identify any errors or inconsistencies in legal documents.
Ability to Work Under Pressure:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Handle time-sensitive matters with composure and efficiency.
Requirements (include but are not limited to):
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate.
· Experience in handling Florida real estate transactions from commencement through the closing and post-closing process.
· Experience and familiarity with title insurance policies and commitments, surveys, and purchase and sale agreements.
· Experience using ClosingVue Software.
· Experience using Microsoft Office Software.
· Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
