What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water well and geothermal Driller Helper position at Dillan Well Drilling Inc.?
This very important position will be assisting the driller with the goal of becoming a driller yourself, and is available immediately. We are looking for a candidate that is fast thinking and is able to work closely with the driller anticipating their needs. They may also be trained to specifically work with the drill rigs.
Full time position with frequent overtime and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities include: assisting in the drill functions, assisting in the maintenance and operations of company drill rigs, vehicles and other field equipment, driving company vehicles. CDL Class B is required. Must have a clean driving record. Compliance with Substance Abuse policy required.
Education: High School degree or equivalent.
Skill: Ability to follow and carry out simple instructions, emails, good verbal and written communication with peers, supervisors and/or clients. Smartphone skills for electronic logging device for hours of service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
