Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC) is responsible for overseeing all functions of the retail lobby as well as providing support to all external and internal customers. The CEC is there to provide anyone who calls or enters our lobby with an experience that lives up to our Company Values.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Customer Service – Manages calls on a multi-line phone system. Responds and follow up as needed on all online retail customer inquiries. Suggestively sells coffee and products to all customers.
Grow Retail Lobby Sales – Implements promotions. Manages inventory levels to ensure accurate quantities of top sellers are always on hand. Tracks weekly sales and sets stretch goals with Supervisor to drive sales. Innovates and develops creative ways to continue to grow this segment of our business.
Department Collaboration - Liaison between customers and all other departments. Works with other departments as needed to resolve customer concerns and ensure the customer has what they need to operate their business. Takes full ownership of the accuracy of each customer’s order.
Skills Requirements & Physical Demands:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Resourceful, but knows when to ask for help. Works well within a team, but can operate independently as well. Must possess strong organizational skills, problem-solving, & attention to detail. Takes pride in one’s work but is open to feedback and opportunities for growth and improvement. The ability to continually sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs, as well as comply with Dillanos Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
