Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) builds strong relationships with customers by delivering top-notch service and acting as the connection between their needs and our operations team. In this role, youll regularly contact customers to process coffee and product orders that support their business. Each interaction is an opportunity to learn more about their operations and anticipate their needs. The goal is to ensure every customer views Dillanos as a trusted business partner, not just a vendor. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and driving success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Take customer orders through regular interactions.
Stay informed about each customers order history.
Identify and address order anomalies that could impact the customers business.
Proactively suggest new coffee or products to help grow the customers business.
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
Develop and implement creative strategies to strengthen these relationships in collaboration with the Business Development Team.
Act as a liaison between customers and Dillanos regarding coffee and product orders.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and meet their business needs.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of every customer order, taking full ownership of the process.
Provide coverage for the front desk as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills Requirements & Physical Demands:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Resourceful but knows when to ask for help. Works well within a team but can operate independently as well. Must possess strong organizational skills, problem-solving, & attention to detail. Takes pride in ones work but is open to feedback and opportunities for growth and improvement. The ability to continually sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs and comply with Dillanos Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
