What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating exceptional luxury custom homes. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from start to finish. You will be responsible for working with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of high-end luxury builds from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Maintain on-site signed plans and specs, permits, and any other documents necessary to complete the project.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless coordination, adherence to job specifications and collaboration, resolving any conflicts or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Sequence construction operations in a manner to allow maximum opportunity for quality workmanship and achieving construction schedules.
  • Manage project budgets and financials, including cost estimation, budget forecasting, procurement, and invoice approvals, to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and profitability targets.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and as-built drawings, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment and deliver superior craftsmanship in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, including project status, budget variance, schedule delays, and risk assessments, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in the luxury residential sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements related to residential renovations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high quality and standards.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work schedules.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, preferred
