Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in Cosmetics located in Lafayette, LA. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the cosmetics department, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, training and motivating staff, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Collaboration with other departments and maintaining strong vendor relationships are also key responsibilities.
