Beauty Advisor – Luxury Cosmetics & Fragrance
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Beauty Advisor to join our team! If you have a strong background in sales and suggestive selling, along with expertise in makeup application and skincare services, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by providing personalized beauty consultations based on each client’s cosmetic, skincare, and fragrance needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure displays meet visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze business performance, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales trends.
- Plan and execute events based on the advertising calendar.
- Work independently while also being a strong team player.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be strong in sales and suggestive selling skills.
- Expertise in makeup application, skincare services, and beauty product knowledge.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
