- Execute Company sales strategies and objectives to achieve sales goals.
- Supervise and mentor a sales team, providing KPI-based feedback to enhance their performance.
- Design and execute grassroots events to increase sales and department profitability.
- Lead sales team to increase Luxury sales and push focus items.
- Coach team to meet Credit KPI’s and increase applications to exceed targets.
- Merchandise sales floor by directive and create an inviting shopping space.
