Job Overview:

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and addressing customer concerns.
- Conduct product demos and provide detailed information about our beauty products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
- Operate a cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and personalized customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions and manage inventory.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail math and make informed decisions about inventory management and sales promotions.
- Develop and maintain a rapport with customers through exceptional customer service and personalized interactions.
- Possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Use Spanish language skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets, complete tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Participate in training sessions and maintain a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A background in cosmetology or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
- Proficiency in Spanish language skills is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems and retail math is required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is required.
