DIOR Beauty Counter Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Brand Manager will work and sell side by side with the beauty stylists, while modeling, teaching, and coaching the Beauty Academy behaviors that lead to increased sales and service indicators.

ADDITIONAL JOB EXPECTATIONS:
The Brand Manager Responsibilities are:
-Drive brand sales daily, weekly, monthly and annually
-Deliver Luxury penetration benchmark for the brand
-Develop all 0xx Beauty Stylists, by teaching product knowledge, and the artistry and service skills needed for consistent brand growth.
-Work with the Vendor Partner on all support needed to drive Basic and Promotional business, both in-store and outside of the store.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Competencies:
Minimum Education Level: High School or High School Equivalency Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of selling experience, 1 year of leadership / management experience

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
• Demonstrated ability to use computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register
• Demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately process register transactions

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently stand/walk around department and store for extended periods
• Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 25 lbs
• Color vision--

INCENTIVES:

-Earn an additional 3-5% bonus on personal DIOR sales, and up to 4% on total sales.
-Gratis $1,000 per year $500.00 twice a year. (Must be on Dior brand full time for 6 months or more to be eligible

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
