Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and assisting them in selecting fragrances that meet their preferences.
- Utilize POS systems and Millennium software to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor and in the backroom, ensuring all products are readily available for customers.
- Implement effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals while fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Manage social media platforms to promote fragrance products and engage with customers online.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create appealing displays that attract customers’ attention.
- Stay informed about current fragrance trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and store operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, with a strong emphasis on sales skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and Millennium software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of retail math principles to assist in inventory management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
