What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full and Part Time Associate Openings position at Dillard's, Inc.?
Dillard’s Prescott has new openings for Full Time Selling associates and Part Time Support associates.
We are looking to fill immediate Full Time openings and select Part Time openings in selling departments including cosmetics and ladies clothing, loading dock, and Security.
Applicants must be 18 years or older, be able to pass a criminal background check, have flexible availability, and able to work nights and weekends.
*Security Camera Operator Part Time - This is a limited part time position. General set schedule of 2-3 days a week with the opportunity of Full time hours during the holiday season.
* Sales Associate Part Time - These positions cover 3-4 days from 20-29 hours per week. Shifts include: 10:45-7, 10:45-8, and 12-8. Must be able to work a rotation of Sundays and have Saturday availability.
*Sales Associate Full Time - Same as above except it is a guaranteed 5 day work week with 38-40 hours.
*Loading Dock Support associate Part Time - Includes housekeeping, unloading freight trucks, shipping, and overall store support

* Prompt and friendly contact with all guests entering the store
* Offer outstanding and personalized customer service and informs guests of ongoing promotions and events
* Keeps a strong clientele and maintains excellent relationships with customers
* Handles sales, exchanges, and returns in a courteous manner
* Keeps area clean, organized, and well merchandised
* Reliable transportation and attendance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
