What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Loading Dock and House Keeping Associate position at Dillard's, Inc.?

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Dock Workers and housekeeping associates to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. To be considered for this position, you MUST have weekend availability as well as open availability.
The hours for this position can be as early as 8AM and can be as late as 830PM.
History of housekeeping and/or operational tasks is a highly preferred.
We are flexible with requests off needed, with the exception of holiday (November-December) being a blackout period. You must be available on holidays as we are open during most major holidays.
Daily and weekly tasks and qualifications as followed:
-Cleaning bathrooms and performing hourly bathroom checks.
-Cleaning carpet, marble and wood floors throughout the store on a weekly schedule.
-Unloading truck and organizing by departments (2-3 times a week)
-Processing totes of product to take out to the sales floor in a timely manner.
-Organize and pick up hangers from registers throughout the store multiple times a week.
-Adhere to safety protocols while handling heavy tasks.
-Be able to be a closing dock associate and assist with closing the store doors at night.
-Keeping inventory of supplies on hand and create lists of items needed in a weekly basis.
-Be able to work well with a team to get everything done when dock manager is off.
-Maintain a clean and organized dock.
-Be able to lift 50lbs .
-Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
