Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Client Development
- Provide outstanding service by engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through follow-ups, client outreach, and special event invitations.
- Create an inviting shopping environment by anticipating guest needs and delivering a seamless, luxury-level experience.
Sales & Brand Representation
- Achieve sales goals by demonstrating expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Educate guests on handbag features, trends, and brand heritage to enhance their shopping experience.
- Represent and uphold brand standards through product presentation, visual merchandising, and adherence to company guidelines.
Operations & Standards
- Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing sales floor that reflects brand integrity.
- Ensure proper handling, care, and presentation of merchandise.
- Stay updated on product launches, promotions, and company initiatives to enhance selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fashion, handbags, and luxury brands.
