Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Jewelry Sales Specialist to join our team. This unique role combines leadership and sales expertise to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. As the Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the overall growth and success of the James Avery Shop. In this role, you will serve as the primary ambassador for James Avery products, showcasing your in-depth knowledge of the brand and its exceptional craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Department Leadership: Take ownership of the James Avery shop, setting the vision and strategy for growth.
Sales: Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive brand sales and increase the department's overall performance.
Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of James Avery craftsmanship and be able to share this knowledge with the team and customers. Utilize training resources for continued product education.
Customer Engagement: Assist customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry, providing expert guidance and a positive shopping experience. Focus on building lasting relationships and building clientele.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing and organized James Avery display area, adhering to brand and store guidelines.
In-Store Events: Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to attract customers and create a memorable shopping experience.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail, jewelry sales, or customer service is preferred.
Passion for jewelry and a strong understanding of James Avery's craftsmanship and values.
Attention to detail and the ability to learn about our brands and styles.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
