What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ladies Shoe Department Sales Associate position at Dillard's, Inc.?
Dillard's Prien Lake Mall is hiring full-time salespeople in our Ladies Shoes Department. Health benefits available after 90 days of employment.
This is a draw vs. commission position. The draw rate is $15.00/hr and once that is covered you can earn 3.5% to 12.5% commission on your individual sales. The average shoe sales associate makes a little over $18/hr with commission factored with some making over $60,000.
Not everyone is a great seller so if you are not then this job probably isn't for you. We are only looking for FT applicants at this time with open availability.
