Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting ladies' shoes, providing exceptional customer service.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Utilize retail math to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Demonstrate product features and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling
- Proficient in basic math and retail math
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to stock merchandise and assist with product demos
- Experience in upselling and merchandising techniques
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Previous experience in a grocery store setting is relevant
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
