Kenwood Dillard's is now hiring for Ladies Shoes Sales Specialists!

Full time and Part-Time Positions Available!

This is a $17.00/hr DRAW Commission position with the average rate of pay exceeding $21/hr once all compensation has been paid out.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively upsell items.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to handle transactions.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Work 1 hour per shift in the warehouse to organize stock and work on processing new items
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels and customer feedback.
• Assist in implementing visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• MUST be 18
• MUST be available on weekends
• MUST be able to be on feet entire shift, go up and down stairs regularly, lift 50 lbs
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
