Beauty/cosmetology background is a desire. We’re looking for energetic, passionate and self motivated candidates!
Brand Manager responsibilities include demonstrating makeup techniques, suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details. In addition, Brand Managers manage sales quotas, product launches, planning and executing special events and assist in developing and supporting other team members along with the Area Sales Manager.
Brand Managers are expected to educate the entire team about launches regarding their brand, product knowledge, lead the team to help all achieve a common goal in excellent customer service, sales, merchandising, and building and maintaining a strong clientele.
To be successful in this role, candidates should be customer-service oriented and familiar with a wide range of beauty products. Candidates should be passionate about building client relationships and are comfortable with providing services.
Candidates must have full open availability, maintain regular attendance and timeliness with a strong selling background.
