A Dillard's Cosmetic Brand Leads responsibilities include:
- Selling products: Presenting and selling Dillard's products and services to customers
- Customer service: Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meeting sales goals: Achieving sales targets by generating leads, closing sales, and going the extra mile to drive sales
- Maintaining the store: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and presentable
- Staying knowledgeable: Remaining knowledgeable about the products and services offered in the store
- Processing transactions: Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately
- Creating sales material: Creating sales material to present to customers
- Setting follow-up appointments: Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
Sales associates at Dillard's are also responsible for restocking.
