Requirements

- Strong understanding of retail math and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations.
- Experience in makeup application is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective customer interactions.
