Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repair of facilities and equipment as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives regarding building operations and work safety.
- Work with electricity safely.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Performs assigned repairs, both emergency and preventive maintenance.
- Responds quickly to emergencies, summoning additional assistance as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Electrical mechanical aptitude.
- Trouble shooting abilities.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladder and step ladder.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
