Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout area.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate transactions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls from customers.
