Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with their purchases and process transactions using the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, or jewelry sales is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and performing basic math calculations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
