Responsibilities

- Train staff on product knowledge, makeup application techniques, and effective upselling strategies.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Engage with customers to provide personalized service, recommend products, and facilitate makeup applications.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote products and engage with customers online.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area to create an inviting atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail management or as a counter manager is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers and POS systems.
- Proven ability to upsell products and drive sales through excellent customer service.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of cosmetology or beauty products is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes is beneficial.
